PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

Since 2008, Citadel has been contracted by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital located in San Diego, Los Angeles, Loma Linda, and Long Beach, California to provide a multitude of Environmental, Health, Safety and Training services.  

Asbestos Consulting Services

  • Hazardous Materials (Asbestos, Lead, PCB’s, etc.) (As Needed)
  • Abatement Design (As Needed)
  • Survey / Letter Report
  • Ambient Air Monitoring
  • Review and Revisions of Operations and Maintenance Plan
  • Development of Asbestos Standard Operation Protocol

Indoor Air Quality Testing

  • Mold Testing & Consulting Services (As Needed)
  • Abatement Design (As Needed)
  • Walkthrough and Visual Inspection of Air Handling Equipment 
  • Monitoring of Standard Indoor Air Quality Parameters
  • Sampling for Common Indoor Air Quality Pollutants

On-Site Awareness Training

  • Asbestos O&M Training (OSHA Class III and Class IV) and Mold 
  • On-site Training (As Needed)
