PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT - HOLTHOUSE, CARLIN & VAN TRIGT, LLP

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. conducted a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, as well as a Limited Environmentally Regulated Materials Survey of a site in Beverly Hills.

The project site consisted of two structures, one of which is a three story commercial office building that was constructed in the mid-1950’s, and has had known tenant improvements performed from 1986 to present. The second structure is a three story exposed steel frame, parking garage with concrete decking and sheer walls, not known to have any fireproofing.

The purpose of the “limited” environmentally regulated materials survey will be to assist the Client in determining an “order of magnitude” of ERMs that are present in the project area, and may be affected by any future remodel work. Additional sampling and investigation may be necessary once a remodel scope of work has been identified, in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
