Staff Outsourcing From our inception, Citadel has believed that our staff should be an extension of our Clients’ staff. We should “blend-in,” adapting to how they did business. That approach was so successful and valued by our Clients that the approach morphed into full-time staff outsourcing, whereby our staff is on full-time assignment at the Clients’ place of business.
