Citadel E-Learning For many businesses, the combination of complicated schedules, travel, and casual worker turnover make it difficult to keep employee training up-to-date, cost-effective, and in compliance. Each training module is developed with interactive flash media technology to capture and hold the users interest, and enhanced with current regulatory information and relevant photos and examples. Modules can be paused and saved which allows a unique self-paced option unmatched in the traditional classroom setting. Upon successful completion of the final exam for each module, users are able to print personalized certificates. Citadel E-Learning provides administrators with powerful training management tools; they are able to assign courses, track progress, review exam scores, create and print status and usage reports, and print completion certificates from any high-speed internet connection, 24 hours a day. With the added benefit of 380+ Ready-to-go training modules in Construction, Safety & Health, and Human Resources, your training library can be updated and disseminated within minutes. Additionally, client-originated content (i.e., internal policies and best practices, presentations, internet links) can be uploaded to your library and assigned in minutes; custom exams can also be created to ensure comprehension.
